About Student Services

At Student Services, we think along the lines of “small is beautiful”. Because the Masters of Digital Media program has a relatively small student body, we are (in most cases) able to attend to our students’ individual needs. Working with our four partner institutions, we aim to provide a full range of student services on- and off- campus. If necessary, we can arrange for staff from other institutions to come to GNWC to meet with our students.

We are dedicated to making your student experience as stimulating and rewarding as possible, so please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

The Student Services HUB

The HUB is the entry point for all student services. It’s open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (except on those days designated on the Academic Calendar of Events as either “campus closed” or “offices closed”). You can also call the HUB at 778.370.1010 to request assistance or send an e-mail to admissions@gnwc.ca.

Important Notice Regarding Confidentiality: The HUB handles all requests with complete confidentiality within normal legal constraints. The HUB office operates as an integral part of Student Services and is not part of the academic structure. Personal information disclosed to the HUB staff or requests for assistance with regard to sensitive matters are not reported to the MDM faculty. In cases where the staff feel  consultation with faculty is necessary, they will request your express permission to do so or advise you to do so directly.

This list is subject to change without notice. Please confirm with the specific practitioner first if they still have their discount agreement with studentcare.
