We decided to do a 'lightning round' this week, which effectively means that we produced two games in teams of three in a single week, instead of over two weeks. Of course, a single week 'lightning round' really isn't quite as 'lightning-y' as a 48 hour game.

Tarek, Matt and I put together a game we called 'Space Glob'. It's sort of a physics based game that we decided to develop further from a gravity prototype that I created on Monday. The object is for the player to bounce from platform to platform, higher and higher to attain maximum points and a high score. It has a nice feel to it, for something that was created in effectively three days (playtesting and administrative stuff took up the other two days.) You can play it here, at the Big Hadron games site.
